Deal Team

Major Responsibility

Assist the deal team to do research and analysis on intelligent industries, like AI, Cloud Computing, Industrial Network: Robotics:domestic/oversea industry trends and the competitive landscapes, and research on key players. Every delivery should be with satisfactory quality.

Assist the deal team to process equity investment projects: communicating with stakeholders, status analyzing, summarizing and reporting. There are opportunities for participating in the project from sourcing-research and judgement-due diligence-close, the full process of investment.

Assist the deal team to conduct daily administration: tracking target industry, tracking the portfolio companies and deal sourcing.

Requirements

1. Junior, Senior or Graduate Students, majoring in Finance, Biomedical, AI, Computer Science or relevant areas. Versatile backgrounds preferred.

2. Experience in PE/VC/Consulting/IB/Research is also preferred.

3. Excellent skills in PPT & Excel is also preferred

4. Strong abilities in research, communication, and execution force. Good business sense in intelligent industries like AI, Cloud Computing, Industrial Networking, and Robotics

5. Working knowledge of finance and accounting, good understandings of enterprise operation and governance.

6. Must be business-level fluency (Speaking-Writing-Listening-Reading) in English and Mandarin Chinese.

7. At least have 3 days working per week, 6-month internship duration and be able to have business trips.
