“新时代金融基础设施建设与发展”研讨会暨《金融基础设施前沿问题研究—2022年》报告发布

由ZIBS法律与金融研究室主办的“新时代金融基础设施建设与发展”研讨会暨《金融基础设施前沿问题研究—2022年》报告发布活动将于11月26日（本周六）在线上&线下同步举办。届时，ZIBS院长贲圣林，中国金币集团有限公司董事长、上海黄金交易所理事长焦瑾璞教授，对外经济贸易大学研究员、博士生导师、原大连商品交易所理事长李正强教授，国务院发展研究中心金融研究所银行研究室副主任、研究员王刚博士以及来及金融监管部门、金融机构、高校等的多位专家将参与研讨。

法律与金融研究室简介

浙江大学国际联合商学院法律与金融研究室（ZIBS Law & Finance Research Lab）成立于2022年1月，是一个聚焦研究法律与金融交叉领域中的基础性、前沿性问题的专业学术平台，旨在充分融合学术、行业机构、监管等领域资源，在法律与金融交叉领域开展一系列有深度、有行业影响力的研究活动，并为学院相关领域的教学研究提供支持。目前研究院主要研究方向包括：金融市场监管与政策、金融基础设施的立法完善与改革、金融科技发展趋势与监管、金融风险管理理论与实践等。

The ZIBS Law & Finance research lab was founded in January 2022. The lab is committed to create a multilateral research platform to advance state-of-the-art research in the interdisciplinary area of law and finance, and to foster an open and collaborative dialog among the stakeholders from academic community, industry and governmental agencies. The lab’s current research focuses on financial policy & regulation, financial market infrastructures (FMIs), Fintech regulation, financial stability & risk management, etc.
